Custom orders require clear written specifications and confirmation.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval from Karpe International.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD ($), as applicable, and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order. Advance payment may be required for custom or large orders.
Karpe International reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
Late payments may incur interest as per applicable Indian laws.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.
Karpe International is not responsible for delays due to third-party logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are dispatched.
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for goods that are damaged, defective, or not made as per approved specifications.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos and detailed description.
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of claim approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, trademarks, content, and logos on this Website are the property of Karpe International and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karpe International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, products, or Services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our rugs and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or not as per the approved custom specifications.
The issue is reported to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Proof of damage/defect (photos and a written description) is provided for review.

Note: Rugs that are custom-made to order are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or a manufacturing error on our part.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom-designed rugs with approved specifications.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
Color variation due to lighting or screen display (minor variations in handmade items are not considered defects).
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will assess your request within 3–5 business days.
If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your mode of payment.
Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original (if eligible), receive a refund, and place a new order.
